The Vantage Urologic Institue offers comprehensive treatment covering the entire spectrum of urologic disease and disorders of the urinary tract.  At the Vantage Urologic Institute, our patients benefit from leading-edge urologic treatments as well as some of today’s most sophisticated technology and advanced research—all in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

This is accomplished through the implementation of a progressive model for the delivery of urology services – one that promotes a multidisciplinary approach to patient-centered care, and is capable of meeting the demands generated by a growing patient population and continued medical and technological advances.

Disciplines of Excellence

  • Minimally Invasive Surgery.  Vantage Urologic Institute’s Minimally Invasive Surgery program offers one of the regions most comprehensive and minimally invasive robot-assisted surgery programs in the treatment of urology conditions.  Our physicians are utilizing tiny incisions, fiber optic scopes and robotic instruments to perform urology procedures with greater surgical precision.  Our surgical approach enables more targeted treatments, while minimizing the potential for complications and allowing patients to enjoy better outcomes and quicker recoveries.

  • Treatment for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH).  The Vantage Urologic Institute offers both comprehensive urinary tract evaluation and a personalized approach to the effective treatment of symptomatic BPH.  Minimally invasive treatments include Prolieve® Thermodilation, GreenLight Laser and PlasmaButton Vaporization therapies.

  • Male Sexual Health and Wellness.  The Male Sexual Health and Wellness program at the Vantage Urologic Institute provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for men with erectile dysfunction (ED) and testosterone deficiency.  Our experts determine the underlying causes of erectile dysfunction through neurologic testing, hormonal evaluations, and vascular testing.  For men who do not respond to oral phosphodiesterase Type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, or when these medications are contraindicated, we offer numerous alternatives, including injection therapy, vacuum erection devices and penile implants.

  • Urologic Oncology.  The Urologic Oncology program provides state-of-the-art disease management by integrating the latest medical technologies, minimally invasive therapies and research.  Patients with urological cancer receive the highest level of care from a multidisciplinary team of surgical, medical and radiation oncologists.

  • Specialty Programs.  The Vantage Urologic Institute offers patients several highly personalized specialty services including a program of informed and shared decision making for risk assessment, prevention, and early detection of prostate cancer that minimizes over detection and subsequent over treatment of potentially insignificant cancer; a urologic oncology program that focuses on the diagnosis, disease stratification and tailored management strategies for prostate and bladder cancer with the goal of oncologic control while preservation of normal function; and a structured active surveillance (delayed intervention) program for patients with low risk prostate cancer who are concerned about the risks associated with over-treatment of indolent disease.
